Please join us for Dr. Brad Jacobs' "Tuesdays to Your Health" lecture series at Cavallo Point – this month to learn the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong. These ancient Chinese teachings have been shown to have profound and positive effects on health. They include better memory, blood pressure, balance, strength, tranquility, sleep, mental focus and attention. In this experiential workshop, you will learn eight valuable movements to improve your health and sense of well-being. After the workshop, you can continue to practice these helpful movements at home.
"Tuesdays to your Health" is a monthly lecture series hosted by Dr. Brad Jacobs at the Cavallo Point Healing Arts Center & Spa; select Tuesdays of the month from 6:30 – 7:30 pm. Topics vary, lectures are complimentary and all are welcome to attend. Tea will also be served.
