Board Certified Holistic Registered Nurse • Health Wellness Practitioner and Educator

Our bodies are designed to self-heal and to keep us vibrantly healthy. However, the stress of being alive — worry, injury, trauma, toxins — can diminish this innate ability, leaving us vulnerable to dis-ease on all levels, including our relationships.

The focus and purpose of Bonnie’s healing work is to partner with you in finding the very root of your health challenge, to release it, and thus allow your own natural healing to occur. Now you are free to be yourself, live your purpose, connect with others — and thrive!

What Bonnie offers to her clients:

  • A nurturing and safe space of unconditional acceptance where deep transformation occurs
  • Simple, effective self care modalities that empower you to shift instantly back into balanced, calm and heart-centered living
  • 30 years of study and experience in the Healing Arts and Energy Medicine integrated with her Western Medical training:
    • Hands on Healing Work
    • BodyTalk: Adv. Certification — comprehensive, consciousness-based health care
    • Holographic Repatterning — replacing old patterns with new ways of being
    • Jin Shin Jyutsu — whole system energy balancing
    • Bio energy Balancing — reclaiming your self from trauma
    • Teaching Certifications in Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Yoga

Bonnie’s fortés:

Post Traumatic Stress Healing

Women’s Health and Empowerment
Bonnie offers ‘A Woman’s Adventure into Vibrant Health’, a retreat and workbook designed to educate, inspire and empower women in their own breast health and breast cancer recovery. She offers a day long retreat on breast health — moving women from fear into peace of mind
through education and self-care practices.

Energy Medicine
The healing arts of energy balancing, including energetic acupuncture

BergWork enhances and is compatible with other healing modalities, including psychotherapy.

Bonnie lives a small carbon-footprint life with her husband, David Alan Foster, their two kitties and bird. Her great love of Nature is expressed in hiking, travel and backpacking adventures. Time in Nature, making beauty and good food, singing, dancing, reading and sharing time with those she loves are the replenishing, sustaining and balancing elements of Bonnie’s life.

Yoga Instructor • Marriage & Family Therapist

Kelly is a experienced Yoga instructor and a Marriage and Family Therapist.

She was introduced to Yoga as a child, began practicing as a teen, and was certified as an instructor in 1997. Her first decade of practice and study was primarily in the Iyengar tradition, which emphasizes the importance precise anatomical alignment and skillful therapeutics. She then branched out into the more flowing Vinyasa style, and now teaches primarily what she terms a deep, slow flow yoga style with attention to alignment. Beyond Iyengar, her primary influences have been Anusara and Prajna schools of Yoga. Her main teachers of asana have been Laurie Broderick-Burr, Kofi Busia, Sianna Sherman, and Tias Little.

While Kelly's depth of knowledge doesn't hurt, she believes that any success she's had in this field comes largely from her connectedness to spirit and dedication to being real.

Kelly received her MA in counseling psychology from John F. Kennedy University in 2008. She practiced at the East Bay Community Recovery Project in Hayward California from 2006-2011 and at the Process Therapy Institute (PTI) starting in 2011. As a Marriage Family Therapist, she has the capacity to connect easily with people, see their strengths, and inspire them to find their inner knowing. She has a unique combination of good humor, levity, warmth, and a capacity for insight into the connections between psyche, spirit, and wellness. Kelly works from a primarily somatic perspective. The insights and inner transformation gained from the practice of Yoga and meditation are the foundation of her work. She is infinitely fascinated by the power of a therapeutic alliance to invite change in clients. The issues she has worked most deeply with her clients include relationship struggles, parenting, grief, addiction, Anxiety, Depression, Panic Disorder, and spiritual crises. Kelly had worked for 6 years in a dual-diagnosis clinic focused on managing co-occurring disorders, and also has experience with Axis II disorders such as OCD and OCPD, BDP, and Schizophrenia.

Saul Tak

Licensed Acupuncturist and a Certified Massage Therapist

Saul Tak, L.Ac., Dipl. TCM, is a Licensed Acupuncturist and a Certified Massage Therapist.  Saul is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM) from the Five Branches University (FBU) and is expected to graduate in 2018. He is already a graduate of FBU’s four-year Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) program, where he was mentored by Jun Hu and George Lu.

As a Licensed Acupuncturist, he is trained in acupuncture, herbal medicine, energetic exercise, Tui Na (Traditional Chinese Massage), Eastern nutrition, moxibustion, cupping, electric stimulation, Gua Sha (scraping), and auriculotherapy (ear acupuncture).  Saul also received training in a very rare and specialized type of bodywork called vibration massage training under the tutelage of his grandfather in Korea. Vibration massage is quite effective for relieving acute and chronic pain syndromes, as well as acute sports related injury.

Saul has combined a traditional Korean acupressure skill called Su Qi, which employs hand energy, with Tui Na to create a powerful modality for pain management. The use of this unusual waving technique with his hands, combined with acupuncture and acupressure points, allows Saul to successfully treat a variety of muscular skeletal injuries, including:  computer-related injuries, repetitive motion, carpal tunnel, lower back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, and tension headaches.

Cliff Wong CMT

Clinical Massage and Manual Therapy

Cliff Wong has been a massage therapist for over 35 years. His original intent in studying bodywork was to improve his karate skills. If muscular skeletal restrictions (limited range of motion, trigger points and knots, body misalignment, and pain) were minimized or eliminated, then karate techniques would be much more efficient and powerful. He soon realized that this same philosophy could be applied to bodywork, and that by restoring a client’s equilibrium, the body has the ability to heal itself! Cliff is dedicated to seeing his clients improve through treatment. His favorite question is "Are you getting better?" and he is delighted when his clients no longer need his services!

Cliff’s bodywork expertise includes: the Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities of cupping (vacuum and fire) and Gua Sha (scraping), clinical, deep tissue and sports massage, and trigger point and myofascial release. He successfully treats a variety of muscular skeletal injuries, including: repetitive motion, carpal tunnel, lower back pain, sciatica, frozen shoulder, and tension headaches.

Cliff received his massage certification at the American Institute of Massage Therapy (Newport Beach) with Dr. Myk Hungerford, the "Mother of American Sports Massage" and author of "Beyond Sports Medicine." He also trained with Dr. Yuanchun Jane Huang, the leading doctor for the Chinese Track and Olympic Team. He is an active member of the ABMP Massage Association.

Cliff currently works at Medi Points Acupunture Clinic, located in Menlo Park and Redwood City, and at Massage Envy in Sausalito. In his spare time, he can be found relaxing in the karate studio!
