What To Expect

Five days. Fully immersive. Intentionally small.

We keep enrollment limited so that every couple receives real attention — not just a seat in a room. Each day moves between learning, practice, and integration.

  • Morning
    Guided somatic practice or movement to open the body and settle the nervous system
  • Late Morning
    Facilitated workshop session — science, tools, and live practice with your partner
  • Afternoon
    Unstructured time — the beach, the pool, rest, reconnection on your own terms
  • Late Afternoon
    Small group or partnered experiential session (Hakomi-informed, body-based)
  • Evening
    Shared dinner and optional group ritual or reflection to close the day

Using a dual-track curriculum of frank biological calibration and advanced relational mapping, we work on both simultaneously, because one without the other is incomplete.

  • I.
    The Science We begin with the science: the biology of aging and emerging therapeutics, interpreting your sensor and wearable data, social longevity, attachment theory, and the measurable ways your relational field is shaping your cellular age right now. We establish the why before we touch the how.
  • II.
    The Individual Assessments Gender-specific breakout sessions address the unvarnished biological realities of aging—hormonal shifts, changes in sleep architecture, aging sexuality, physical comfort, and recalibrating intimacy—with the clinical candor these topics deserve and rarely receive.
  • III.
    The Heart Work Rupture and repair. Dismantling the armor. Rebuilding attunement. Using Hakomi-informed somatic practice, we move beyond talk therapy to identify the difference between superficial peace and deep relational integrity across power dynamics, authentic communication, and attachment.
  • IV.
    Establishing Basecamp You leave with a concrete relational map and a Basecamp plan—five core practices that align your trajectory for the next thirty years. Not a retreat high. A durable architecture and roadmap for climbing the mountain together.

Navigating Life's Third Act

Practical strategies for couples in their 50s and 60s: aging parents, identity shifts, retirement transitions, and the divergence that emerges when one partner is accelerating while the other is ready to slow down.
