Lauren Hurst, MS, ACSM-CEPE
The BlueWave Medicine Fitness Lab will be led by Lauren Hurst, an experienced exercise physiologist with over 15 years of clinical and wellness expertise. Lauren has supported patients at UCSF and California Pacific Medical Center and brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach that makes movement strategies clear, approachable, and sustainable. At BlueWave Medicine, she works closely with our care team to translate assessment data into practical, goal-aligned exercise plans – whether your focus is improving energy, optimizing longevity and healthspan, enhancing performance, or returning to activity after illness or de-conditioning.
