I've built something that’s never been done before: an evidence-based, science-backed transformational program that maps your physiology onto masculine archetypes. We’ll measure your genetics, biomarkers, and psychological profile at baseline and again at the end, transforming you into a more powerful, vibrant, healthier, successful, and connected version of yourself.
Because I believe masculinity is a vital sign, like your blood pressure or heart rate. Something that can be measured, and something that strongly determines your quality of life and longevity.

What You’ll Experience
This program braids together precision health, emotional mastery, nervous-system regulation, archetypal psychology, and real accountability.
You will learn how to embody all four masculine archetypes – not in theory, but in your physiology, your energy, your relationships, your bedroom, and your everyday life.
We will meet virtually twice monthly for 3 months (six 90-minute meetings) plus one in-person day-long Saturday retreat.
